14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Executive) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with tinystat for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@tinystat.site with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your tinystat account. That's it.
Monthly Plans
For monthly subscriptions, refunds are available for the current billing cycle within the 14-day window from your first payment. After the 14-day guarantee period, you can cancel anytime but refunds for partial months are not provided. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual payment. Within 14 days of purchase, you can receive a complete refund.
After the 14-day window, if you cancel an annual plan, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months of your subscription. The prorated amount is calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your billing cycle.
Free Plan
The Free plan is free. There is nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you want with no payment required.
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 2 business days. Once processed, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. All refunds are processed through Stripe.
